Data Processing Agreement This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the Agreement between Parser Expert and you, the user of the Service. This DPA applies when personal data is processed by Parser Expert as part of providing the Service to you.

"Processing" means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.
Roles and Responsibilities
Parser Expert is the data processor and you are the data controller with respect to the processing of personal data under this DPA.
Parser Expert shall only process personal data on your documented instructions, including with regard to transfers of personal data to a third country or an international organization, unless required to do so by applicable law.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and consents to provide personal data to Parser Expert for processing in accordance with this DPA.
Sub-processing Parser Expert may engage sub-processors to process personal data under this DPA. Parser Expert shall inform you of any intended changes concerning the addition or replacement of sub-processors, thereby giving you the opportunity to object to such changes.
Security Parser Expert shall implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, taking into account the state of the art, the costs of implementation and the nature, scope, context and purposes of processing as well as the risk of varying likelihood and severity for the rights and freedoms of natural persons.
Data Subject Rights Parser Expert shall assist you, at your expense, in responding to any request from a data subject and in ensuring compliance with your obligations under Data Protection Laws with respect to security, breach notifications, impact assessments and consultations with supervisory authorities or regulators.
Deletion or Return of Personal Data At your choice, Parser Expert shall delete or return all personal data to you after the end of the provision of the Service, and delete existing copies unless applicable law requires storage of the personal data.
